Ted, How is Soros violating the spirit?

Think about why CFR 2002 was enacted in the first place. Remember when "soft money" was the political buzzphrase of that time?

Frankly, I know little about CFR 2002; I thought it had more to do with gifts to gov't employees than campaign contributions.
