His own secretary of the treasury, Paul O'Neil says so! If that's what your friends say, imagine the comments of somebody more impartial. Bush is frittering the country away. Neither serving the "liberal" goals of the democratic nor the fiscal conservative goals of the GOP.

I don't see why some republicans continue to stand by him.
Remember when there were Reagan democrats who voted for RR but were otherwise card-carrying democrats? Perhaps this year we'll see the birth of a new political animal: the Anyone-But-Bush-republicans which will vote for Kerry for president, but will otherwise vote republican.
