Whose side do you think Scalia will come down on? How about Thomas? I think Scalia and Thomas will come down on the side of the Constitution of the United States of America. I don't prescribe to the notion that just because a Supreme Court Justice is conservative or liberal they would make decisions based on partisan politics. They all take their oaths seriously IMO.
