If we are the frontrunner, which looks good to me as well, it sure is without any notice to the shareholders from ECD. Maybe this paradox (the lack of fanfare by ECD a la 'by the ton, by the mile') is a good omen this time. And as you say, this airhsip project is definitely stretched out with $40M R&D, then one prototype, then production models generated on a one blimp per year or so basis. Lockheed choosing us would be an endorsement most welcome.

CIGs has greater efficiency but lower power density than ECD's promise with kapton PV. I am cautiously optimistic as I gather, for good reason, you are as well.
