I understand all that, however: 1) the black eye of "erroneous accounting" is already on the company 2) I find it hugely important if for the last quarter or two revenues and EPS were actually less than reported. -0.04, -0.02, -0.01, and 0.01 EPS reported for the last 4 quarters outline a nice trend. Now, who knows what the trend is... 3) The press release is rather vague, I think there is more to this story. 4) What about "executive employees" who are in charge of fired "non-executive employees"? Should they be held responsible as well? 5) The leak of the news before the actual release stinks. thomson.finance.lycos.com
