I was asking if charges were ever brought against Clinton, not Rich.... I already knew that Rich took flight to avoid prosecution, and the trial went on anyway, and he was convicted in his absence.

As far as your statement "no trial necessary to know guilt".

I couldn't DISAGREE any MORE. In America one is presumed innocent until tried and convicted. The day that is no longer the case is the day we are no longer America.
