If 2000 was the election that cleansed, 2004 is going to be the election that clarifies many things.............. including the true nature of the beast, the media as a supersized special interest group complete with vicious factions and narrow agendas. Fortunately, we can always count on this country's warrior class to ultimately draw some of the lines of behavior that must never be crossed.......never again especially during a time for war.

If Clark was made the prime example of what can happen to overly ambitious generals who politicize the chain of command and champion unnecessary wars (Kosovo) -- one still popular with the media -- despite having an impeached commander-in-chief (Clinton) then what do you think is ultimately going to happen to Kerry whose sins against his fellow soldiers were even more grave? Even now you can see, in his eyes that still could not look back even for moral proportion, that Kerry will always be haunted by the wrong memories of the warriors he wronged for all time when he falsely accused them, at all levels, of being butchers and war criminals after he came home from Vietnam with indexed 8mm films of his own exploits.
