Anyone care to explain MSFT's decline to 135 from the 140's?

I believe that the big reason is the market as a whole, everything
has taken a hit. I think MSFT's valuation may scare some in these
volatile times. I guess my wonderment about the current situation
should be more focused on the stock market as a whole than what
MSFT is doing right now. It's odd that people aren't jumping back
in, I sure have. Any thoughts?
