Major Halliburton scandals coming with new article and book on the subject. It was Cheney who not only traded with Iraq through Dresser Industries, but made sure Halliburton was deep inside the DOD, so deep they would be the only competitor for huge jobs which they could then overbill on. Stay tuned. May cause Cheney to have to resign.
