Bill, The Busheviks neglected to enact ANY of the Hart/Rudman Terrorism Report recommendations, much of which concerned the hijacking of commercial airplanes for terrorist attacks. They had their Pavlov Congressmen vote against a Department of Homeland Security while they concentrated on missile defense. They basically twiddled their thumbs while New York burned. Way to fight the last war, dummies.
