Small caps or penny stocks??

Pennies are trash and when they float to the top, the boat is usually ready to sink...

Small caps on the other hand are hitting "All time highs"...

I have a few explanations for the activity in the pennies...

1. I receive probably 2 to 3 faxes a day promoting the next best thing (usually a bb/otc or pink slip stock)...

2. I receive at least 2 or 3 e-mails per day promoting the next best thing (usually a bb/otc or pink slip stock)...

3. More and more on-line brokers are accepting orders for these "non-regulated" speculation plays...

4. If I'm receiving them, then I would imagine every office in America is...
