Well, you me straight on the Rich part. One good turn deserves another. A pardon and the records are enough for ordinary Americans to know Clinton was AWOL. This isn't a courtroom, and truly no trial is needed in this case for me to know "no trial is necessary(for me or you) to know his guilt." This is no place to get hung up on proper justice since we are not sentencing the man to a punishment here, he's been pardoned for this already. Clinton was officially known to be AWOL, we gather here, and received a pardon in light of that fact. I believe we most certainly can reasonably know and say he was guilty.

Can't say the same about Bush, he got an honorable discharge, and the guy who thinks he would have remembered a Texan showing up near him - not because HE was a Texan himself, but merely because he'd spent some time training in Texas once - now says he doesn't even know if he himself was present where and when Bush supposedly didn't show. What's more, even if this guys memory weren't self-exposed as lacking, I'd have asked (perhaps while reading the conspiracy theories on this matter long ago on this thread) if he thinks he'd be aware and remember if a Texan failed to show. You think he might have heard and remember that(if he was there?)? LOL
