My only impression of John Kerry for past 19yrs was 'that liberal democrat from Mass.' I was aware that he married Sen John Heinz' widow few yrs after Heinz died in helicopter crash. Following his death, Teresa Heinz ran for her husband's senate seat but lost the election. Most articles highlight her environmental causes & management of the Heinz Charitable Foundation. I have serious concerns that Kerry/Heinz Adm would place the U.S. under direction of the U.N. Kerry has already characterized himself as an 'internationalist.'(she's Portugese, born on Mozambique)

As far as an affair, WashDC is difficult place to hide that type of activity. Senators are easily identified by gov workers. Unless it was with one of those employees & they met in the Caribbean or Europe. Sounds like great plot for a novel.
