And another 100 million more will be aimed exclusively at what will be a presumed approximate 10 percent fencesitter electorate base. But somehow I've got a feeling that that fencesitter percentage base will be smaller this time around.

Why?

Because Bush has already shown the people who and what he is, and he's not for them!
