Here's an old article by Molly Ivins
regarding her views on the Kosovo bombings
during the Clinton term:

she gives us points for "purity of intention"
because we conducted the bombings to save people
from a vicious and brutal, albeit elected, leader.

I daresay her opinion on such topics
likely varies depending upon who's in office.
