Hi Joel, I just arrived in hotel, set up PC command center, turned on the TV, and guess what? CCTV had a story that China is on alert for foot-and-mouth migrating up from Vietnam. Perhaps party time serious if outbreak is done deal, economy may be cooled, implications this round will be global, because China was a big part of the reflation script. Another juicy bit. My coal trading friend tells me that China just implemented a 33% cutback of coal export quota, so as to retain coal in country. The levers and buttons are being pulled and pushed. Chugs, Jay
