To me, XP-P is better because it has a single user Windows Terminal Server seat, which allows me to remotely take over that computer from any other Windows machine that has a WTS client. It also seems to have far fewer networking issues versus XP-H. Any machine I get with XP-H gets wiped and reinstalled with XP-P.

I've also observed that XP-H machines have a nasty tendency to hang for no apparent reason.
