Gee, I think we should outlaw all law suits and trust the SEC to protect us. Today, all day, all I have heard is that the SEC is investigating the trading around the trading halt before the FDA leaked that they had approved a drug for Imclone. Only problem is the stock went DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .........Friggin' *&^(&^$. I guess they are investigating why there wasn't a leak. Depending on the Government to pop 1 dishonest firm in 10,000 five years after is not better than allowing individual rights which would have gotten most everyone five years ago and saved this massive loss of money, protected good companies and preserved the integrity of the country.
