Jay: I am an investor in Open Port Technology. I can tell you that OPT does make their own fax servers. I know they are close to dlgc and use components made by dlgc. While a relatively new player OPT has some exciting technology and this is underscored by their major win at UUNET. I expect you will see other announcements along these lines. There are some big players looking to move telco services to data networks so I believe OPT is well positioned. DLGC obviously benefits as OPT benefits. I cannot comment on Real Time Fax because nothing has been announced.
