If there is a saving grace right now it may be this:
The first of the two centers is to be opened and "fully operational" by or before September 1, 1997. At least some new revenues will be generated in the last month of the quarter assuming it opens on time.
If you check out data on MIOA, it still shows a 52-week pattern which is not good for prospective investors to see. You know there is limited time in one's day, so a quick glance at stocks like these is all one has. When one sees a eps loss of 1.54 and a 52-week hi/lo of 10.00/0.43, one would look elsewhere. They would not care to probe further and find out all there is to know that we know. There are so many stocks out there to play. Either PR(which is real bad) has to do something or more people have to stumble upon it when it has positive eps(regardless of how it was achieved) and a much lower 52-week hi!!
It is also too bad about the chart, but it speaks a pseudo-truth. The stock never touched 105, but the chart says it did based on post-split data. Again, one shot lookers will not like this upon first glance. They need to probe and what gets them in will be higher revenues, a better 52-week eps and high for the stock.
So goes the world of mini-micro-tiny-little-petty-penny caps...

Over and out
Miller
