Yes, I know about the FDA. Talk about cancer and sure you must have heard about Erbitux, Avastin etc. And we can open a big discussion about VEGF and monoclonal anti bodies and their role in fighting cancer. But that is not what this thread is about. Suffice to say that as part of my profession I interact with the FDA very frequently and am very very conversant with the CFR regulatory requirements. But the FDA does not regulate HMOs and the HMOs are not regulated by the FDA if they send these overseas. You asked for a link. I said that Lou Dobbs had it on TV last night.
