Dobbs has a website and commentary galore on all this offshoring. It obviously needs to be legislated because virtually every US law can be skirted by using offshore labor. Not just privacy or professional accredation, but also libel and slander. You name it, toss laws out the window. Meanwhile US tax receipts are declining by the month leading us to record deficits even though this is a "goldilocks economy" according to FOX!! LOL.

I don't get why people like you and some others on SI are in denial about this. Dobbs is a business guy, I am a business person, very pro business (I even was against stock option expensing until recently)- but I can see that this is destroying the US economy and quality of life for almost everyone in the country except a few wealthy Bush donors.

Bush would be **smart** to address offshoring formally with an aggressive plan, and it can't include the word "training" because the highest skilled labor is being offshored. What we need are LAWS that say work offshored has to adhere to US legal guidelines. Of course this would violate the far right nutty fiscal dogma that has resulted in the USA as essentially broke. So Bush will do nothing and he will LOSE.

BTW radiology has been offshored. This is reading Xrays and stuff. Not administrative.
