And it applies to production of widgets imho. A great deal of the US economy is in the manufacturing, production and sale of said widgets. There are many more widget maker jobs that are being off-shored than engineering jobs. I do agree that is is a complicated issue. If care is not taken in trying to control this with legislation, we will risk losing many businesses forever.
