A ban on heterosexual marriages would work except for the effects on the children whereby single parents then have to raise children alone with child support payments. What an ideal system to create 100% broken families and emotionally disturbed children who wonder why mommy or daddy abandoned them and I wonder how many of them end up in the criminal justice system. Great idea.
