For heaven's sake man, one can make this argument about any third world country's pharmaceutical capability. This is fools' fodder. I'm sorry, but you're totally off base here. He has shown the desire for WMD, the use of WMD, and he conceals his ability to reconstitute his programs. Yet you equate that to him running a pharmacy, and being in compliance with UN resolutions.
