I read that before the campaign started, Teresa always referred to John Heinz as 'my husband' instead of 'my 1st husband' or 'late husband.' His handlers had to convince her to change that language & also to start using Teresa Heinz Kerry...she used only Heinz until campaign was underway. She had a habit of belittling him in public & they explained that it was another no-no. She should make the up-coming campaign really entertaining, if reporters can manage to get one-on-one interviews.
