I don't agree with Powell's stance on very many issues, but it is clear to me he is just an American - this black guy - who has made his way. It is also clear to me he doesn't live in the intellectual ghetto with the likes of small-minded negros who would try to insult him using racially charged language. When a morally bankrupt negro speaks, neither Powell nor any other black is insulted. Only the negro himself is insulted.
