Hi Barry, I just bought some Trigon Health, (TGH). Recently price lowered because of opening way for insider holders to sell. price/book=1.19, looked ok and since I've got a bunch of tech stocks on margin I figured to diversify the collateral more. What is up with these low-priced health providers? Why do the others sell at p/b=1.7. PRG making a base? looked like a long-term down-trend to me. It is very cheap, do you know why, and what are the usual valuation measures for these companies. Greg
