I'm not sure why the writer failed to mention that the pricing papers or Margrabe's pricing model actually do explain XPO pricing. Its all there if you visit the site and carefully read all of the pricing papers and information. Maybe he didn't bother to read it... or he was an English major! Why would anybody want to buy a stock again once an XPO on it is available? All the bang (less a dividend or voting rights, of course) at a fraction of the cost.... with no time decay. JMHO but I like it. Thoughts?
