I spoke to Sungold (no names), I asked:

1) Will there be a news release today?
No, we are going to get a news release out when we know exactly what we are going to do, we are still investigating various avenues. It should be sometime next week we will explain what is happening and what we are doing.

2) Are you going to hire new management?
We have always said we are going to associate ourselves with a manager who has that experience and is licensed to do that.

Also, Sungold said nothing has fundamentally changed with the company.

Please DO NOT rely 100% on the accuracy of this. I was taking notes as fast as I could. We will have to wait until the press release is out next week.
