I've sold my position in IBZT and moved on. The 10K that came out Friday suggests I did the right thing. These guys look like a virtual company that is into selling their stock not widgets--RECALL Hop-On. They have/are granting hundreds of millions of shares at a 40% discount. They have little concern for share holder value and dilution is rampant. This is not an investment, it is a day trade.

Today is Feb 14, and they still are not shipping their virtual keyboard according to their web site.

As for the CeBIT news, Siemens introduced the virtual keyboard there in 2003 and have appear to have backed away. The trip to Europe is a junket with high fives on how they pulled it off. Expect expenses to go up considerably more than the $500,000 they are bringing in from Circuit City.

The technology looks good, especially in the field of robotics, but these guys aren't the ones who will bring it to us.
