A different perspective.

Our "war time" President has elevated the terrorist threat to level that has nothing to do with reality. But the attention is actually increasing the threat. And instead of actually going after terrorists, he's going after governments. Hello?

People forget that there have only been two foreign terrorist attacks on US soil, both perpetrated by the same guy. Yet we go after somebody else (at least until the eve of the election).

It would be like attacking Brazil after Pearl Harbor.

John, yes, a different perspective but I don't think its in lieu of.......rather I think they complement each other. Of course, going after the terrorist who caused 9/11 should have been a no brainer!

And what do you do when roughly half the population thinks he is doing the right thing, or has their doubts but makes excuses for him? I wonder how long we can go down the wrong track before the damage is irreversible.
