Good info. Apparently it is the IMF McNamara headed or is still heading. They are the one that drives countries into bankruptcy with loan demands that make the economic situation worse in the countries they "help". In many cases, if not most, they demand tax increases and more regulation of the countries economy. I admit I am writing from memory of circumstances in the past and have not made a recent study of which countries the IMF has sent into bankruptcy. Shall pursue this further for my own knowledge.
