Yeah but I was always told that places like NYC and the big Jersey towns were pretty much controlled by the unions. What the heck did Hillary bring to the table for them? Was it hubby Billy boy moving to a harlem office that struck a soft spot in the peoples hearts? Little story about NYC and Jersey as far as unions go. Some years back we had a real big time developer that was worth god know how much in this state. He decided he was going to bid on some large jobs in the Jersey area because he figured he could bring his non union people there to do the work and bid the job a hell of a lot cheaper than the local folks that used the union people. Well...what is in Connecticut is not the same as NYC and Jersey. He had guards and dogs posted all over the sites but they just paid them off and the guards and the dogs took a hike and you get the picture. The "big shot CT developer" lost it all and we have no clue where he is today.
