Notice how we don't have anymore problems with energy since Kenny boy Lay and Enron disappeared off the charts? Just talked to my son who lives in a Houston suburb, northeast of the city. He said that Catholics weren't allowed to build any churches there until the 1960's or 70's. I knew the southern Christians were anti-Catholic but I didn't realize it went that far! He told me that a few attempts were made at building a Catholic church but the locals rezoned the land and drove them off. I find that amazing if that happened in recent history...........even for Texas ! So Jones U. really is a hotbed of anti Catholic sentiment. He has only lived there for a couple years so his info is second hand from people who did live through it.
