It's not obvious to me, Karen, particularly if that Democrat is John "Hamlet" Kerry. He has not been a decisive Senator. Nothing he has said so far leads to believe that he conduct a policy with the universal approval of our so-called allies - and face it, nuance or not, we are never going to get that approval.
