I never mentioned jobs in my posts about health care. Nor did I claim that jobs will stop migrating to cheap countries with little health care.

Here is what I said in summary:

We can lower drastically our overall health care costs via national health care paid by a VAT, and increase our competitiveness to boot.

As to anecdotes about long waits in Canada and poor health care in nationalized systems, I point to health statistics:

By the way, I have a lot of anecdotes of my own of rather excellent health care in Europe, in many cases superior to what typical HMO patients get here.
