THis is where we started: Message 19810340 We're talking POWs and the Geneva Conventions on the Treatment of Prisoners of War here. They don't apply to anyone except prisoners of war. But the Germans did pretty well honor them in the case of US and UK and Canadian POWs. Which does not excuse a single thing the did to the Jews or any of the other victims of their crimes against humanity. They earned earned everything they got and in many cases should have gotten more. The Nazis are rightly used as the definition of evil.
