CR, I think Kerry's stand on the Marriage issue coupled with his war heroics makes him a very formidable candidate in the country. Even a good portion of the South will go with him. And if he picks Kerry as his running mate, then you have a Boston Brahmin born into aristocracy in the liberal North with the son of a mill worker from the South with no NAFTA baggage. I think it is a Kerry-Edwards ticket with Dean as Health and Human Services Secratary and Clark as Defence secretary in Kerry's shadow cabinet from here until Jan. 2005.
