Yes Mephisto,

<<Kerry is still the opportunist, a man who wants to be president at any cost and without any thought.>>

I believe that. Look at the two major actions through his life that propelled him to his present "stature".

No. 1, He enlists and goes to Vietnam while it was still basically popular, BEFORE real dissent in this country had begun. He comes home to see that widespread dissent in vogue and then jumps on that bandwagon.

No. 2, He votes for and supports Bush's Iraq war while that had popular support here.. Then soon as Dean opened the national debate and the questioning of the war become MORE popular this past year, Kerry jumps on over the fence again to that side.

I just cannot fathom 180 degree turns on MAJOR issues from a sincere person.. I couldn't do it..

What more can I say.

BTW, I heard on the news tonight that we had OVER 1500 VOTERS in our caucus so I over estimated a little, but there were a lot of children there. <g>. I am lousy at crowd estimation but STILL the news reported that was SIX TIMES the number in 2000. That's the number that counts.
