Bulls and Bears -- (from monday morning segment rerun on Fox)

Subject: Fox, “Bulls and Bears” segment

Small is big? Focus is on small stocks for the year.

Brenda Butner: “To make big money this year, should you think small.

Tobin, are small stocks the big idea?

Tobin Smith, (Changewave Research): his comments –

….they are the big idea.

….you have hedge funds focusing on small cap, not on large cap..

…buy the right ones.

Brenda Butner: “Next, the names of small stocks that could make you big money. Our bulls and bears tell you their picks.”

The smallest stocks that will have the biggest gains this year. Let’s have their names."

Tobin Smith: “Net2phone is the stock I will talk about. Will use broadband cable. Net2phone is interesting. Malone of Liberty Media is big investor. As a speculative stock, I think this is a $20 stock.”

--that was the essential phrasing. There was a little more content, re Malone and re the cable opportunity for voIP -- before he said he thought it was a $20 stock. Tobin said Malone just put $150 million into NTOP, which is not right.

Malone and IDT bought additional NTOP shares in the recent offering, and as a result of that, NTOP has about $150 million cash, for cable telephony rollouts and corporate purposes.

"As a speculative stock, I think this is a $20 stock.” -- is a direct quote.
