I have tinnitus too from shooting so much when I was young. The NRA range was in the fire station basement, brick walls and concrete floor. No such thing as hearing protection back then.

My wife started getting it a few years ago and recently started taking Cyruta, you can get it at a health food store, and she says it's helping.
