If you do a whois search, at first it looks legit - but notice that the email address is mehrnews_ir@yahoo.com. I think if it were legit, the email server wouldn't be yahoo. All of the other information could be bogus, they don't check when they sell you the domain name. As long as you have the money, that's all they care about.
