Laser-stun-guns and road rage. There is a new device available to drivers on interstate highways. You can zap another driver's car with a laser and the car becomes electrically incapacitated. However, your own car also becomes incapacitated. A road rage officer is dispatched to the scene to wait until you give the rager permission to re-enter traffic. The catch is that, the rager has to also give you (probably a chronic provocator) permission to re-enter traffic.

I used this policy with my oldest daughters when they were young (minus the laser). It was an amazing thing to watch. They would be timed out on their respective beds until they decided to give one another permission to get up. It worked great. For the two of them to agree, all animosity had to be dissipated.

OK, the traffic thing would probably never sell but it would be nice if it did.
