Seems to me there was an advertising company that was cozy with Mulroney that got a ton of government cash as well. As bad as the Liberals right now - I don't think so but same sort of Odor. I wonder if it really matters who gets into power. I'm aquatinted with some conservatives, who were also independent businessmen, who were trying to sign me up during a previous provincial election. It was explained to me that the way the system worked was you worked for your candidate and if he got in you would get exclusive business from the government. This guy was a carpet distributor and sure enough I know for a fact he got a big contract from a provincial crown corporation not long after the election. Is that just Canadian politics?
