Condie Rice has/had a Chevron oil tanker named after her. aztlan.net There's actually a photo with her name actually painted on the ship but I haven't found it yet. Can someone BE any more oily? Special interests? Obviously. Politicos are cheap. A few million buys billions in contracts, concessions and, heck, war for oil.
