Your views of marriage are too idealistic. It's that kind of nonsense that causes divorce when inevitably it's impossible to live up to. Some people can live like that - but there are too many reasons that's just unrealistic.

Bush lied about the WMDs and the real reasons for going to war yet he seems to have a good marriage but he's a politician first - which means ton's of nose-stretchers.

You need to come out of the clouds and down to earth.
