I'd say that any of the dems have a better plan than Bush...even Sharpton. You want to see Kerry's plan, then check out his website. Both Kerry and Edwards are talking on the issues. Bush has only fear to try to regain the presidency. No plan. Where's his plan? I'll submit that the Dems have way more substance than Bush. Its nothing more that RNC BS to say that the only Dem plan is an Anti Bush plan.
