Kerry is 100% his own man and cannot be controlled by any special interest. That is the beauty of it. That is literally true. Absolutely. He isn't even controlled by his wife or Ted Kennedy or the DNC. Nobody. The AFL-CIO will endorse him tomorrow but he doesn't owe them anything. They need hm more than he needs them. The only one Kerry owes is himself, to win this the smart and honest way, to bring this country back together.
