Is anyone else having problem with Ameritrade pre-market?

I tried to buy FONR at 1.42,which was the Ask,and wouldn't get a fill.There were 600 shares available at 1.42.I called and was told "they are waiting to match up the trade".Is that ridiculous or what?I never had this problem with Datek.
